Behind every achievement at 女优阁 are our dedicated tutors and staff. Their efforts have been recognised through some of the most respected awards in the sector,听including the Pearson National Teaching Awards, Inspire! Tutor Awards, and South Wales Argus Education Awards.听

Our focus on innovation in learning has also earned recognition in STEM, with our teams being Highly Commended as STEM Team of the Year and STEM Ambassador Award winners at the Wales STEM Awards.听听

Our learners continue to prove that ambition and hard work pay off.听As a听WorldSkills Centre of Excellence,听飞别鈥檙别听proud to nurture talent that competes听on听some of the biggest stages. Our learners have听achieved outstanding results in Skills Competition Wales and WorldSkills UK, bringing home multiple gold medals in areas such as Personal Training and Digital Game Art. Others have听showcased听their creativity and talent by reaching the finals of the Young Pastry Chef of the Year competition.听

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We were proud to support a learner to complete a degree using British Sign Language听–听the first of its kind in Wales听–听a milestone that reflects our belief in breaking down barriers to education.听

We also celebrated another first when our听additional听needs learners embarked on an overseas trip to听France, creating lifelong memories while building confidence and independence.

We鈥檙e听constantly looking ahead to open new doors for learners and communities. From pioneering programmes like听our听Access to Medicine course to our Football Excellence听Programme with Cwmbran Celtic and the Dragons Junior Rugby Academy, which has produced age-grade and full internationals,听飞别鈥檙别听helping learners turn their passions into pathways.听

Beyond the classroom, our impact extends into the community. The Greater Gwent Adult Learning Partnership, of which听飞别鈥檙别听proud to be part, received glowing praise from Estyn for its transformative work in adult education.听

Our commitment to high standards is reflected in national recognition. A QAA Review praised 女优阁 across all academic requirements with no areas for improvement, while the CIPD Awards commended our approach to learning and development. Our dedication to safety and sustainability has also been acknowledged through ISO certifications and a National Environmental Award.
